I am NOT repeat NOT a thinspo blog, I am a healthspo blog, a fitspo. I am going to lose the weight the healthy weight so yes that consist of a healthy moderate diet that does not count every calories with atleast 30 minutes of invigorate exercise a day.

for every ♥ i will do 10 push ups,
for every ☺ i will do 15 leg lifts each leg,
for every ✿ i will do 15 crunch criss crosses,
for every ☮ i will do 20 squats,
for every ∞ i will do 25 sit ups,
